Sacrosciatic \Sa`cro*sci*at"ic\, a. (Anat.)
   Of or pertaining to both the sacrum and the hip; as, the
   sacrosciatic foramina formed by the sacrosciatic ligaments
   which connect the sacrum and the hip bone.
