Spoliation \Spo`li*a"tion\, n. [L. spoliatio; cf. F. spoliation.

   1. The act of plundering; robbery; deprivation; despoliation.

            Legal spoliation, which will impoverish one part of
            the community in order to corrupt the remainder.
