Saurel \Sau"rel\, n. (Zo["o]l.)
   Any carangoid fish of the genus {Trachurus}, especially {T.
   trachurus}, or {T. saurus}, of Europe and America, and {T.
   picturatus} of California. Called also {skipjack}, and {horse
   mackerel}.
