Hog \Hog\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. {Hogged}; p. pr. & vb. n.

   1. To cut short like bristles; as, to hog the mane of a
      horse. --Smart.

   2. (Naut.) To scrub with a hog, or scrubbing broom.
