1. The act of cursing; a curse dictated by violent feelings
of hatred; imprecation; utter detestation expressed.
Cease, gentle, queen, these execrations. --Shak.
2. That which is execrated; a detested thing.
Ye shall be an execration and . . . a curse. --Jer.
