Correspond \Cor`re*spond"\ (k?r`r?-sp?nd"), v. i. [imp. & p. p.
   {Corresponded}; p. pr. & vb. n. {Corresponding}.] [Pref. cor-
   + respond: cf. f. correspondre.]
   1. To be like something else in the dimensions and
      arrangement of its parts; -- followed by with or to; as,
      concurring figures correspond with each other throughout.
