Abstract-Type and Scheme-Definition Language
(ASDL) A language developed as part of {Esprit}
project {GRASPIN}, as a basis for generating {language-based
editor}s and environments. It combines an {object-oriented}
type system, syntax-directed translation schemes and a
target-language interface.
