Xylophagan \Xy*loph"a*gan\, n. [See {Xylophagous}.] (Zo["o]l.)
   (a) One of a tribe of beetles whose larv[ae] bore or live in
       wood.
   (b) Any species of Xylophaga.
   (c) Any one of the Xylophagides.
