Transcolate \Trans"co*late\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. {Transcolated};
   p. pr. & vb. n. {Transcolating}.] [Pref. trans- + L. colare,
   colatum, to filter, to strain.]
   To cause to pass through a sieve or colander; to strain, as
