Reichsrath \Reichs"rath`\ (r?ks"r?t), n. [G]
   The parliament of Austria (exclusive of Hungary, which has
   its own diet, or parliament). It consists of an Upper and a
   Lower House, or a House of Lords and a House of
   Representatives.
