Mac'edoine \Ma`c['e]`doine"\, n. [F., apparently the same word
   as Mac['e]doine Macedonia.]
   A kind of mixed dish, as of cooked vegetables with white
   sauce, sweet jelly with whole fruit, etc. Also, fig., a
   medley.
