Labadist \Lab"a*dist\, n. (Eccl. Hist.)
   A follower of Jean de Labadie, a religious teacher of the
   17th century, who left the Roman Catholic Church and taught a
   kind of mysticism, and the obligation of community of
   property among Christians.
