Estoile \Es`toile"\, n. [OF.] (Her.)
   A six-pointed star whose rays are wavy, instead of straight
   like those of a mullet. [Written also {['e]toile}.]

   {Estoile of eight points}, a star which has four straight and
      four wavy rays.

   {Estoile of four points}. Same as Cross estoil['e], under
      {Cross}.
