Capillaire \Cap`il*laire"\, n. [F. capillaire maiden-hair; sirop
   de capillaire capillaire; fr. L. herba capillaris the
   maidenhair.]
   1. A sirup prepared from the maiden-hair, formerly supposed
      to have medicinal properties.

   2. Any simple sirup flavored with orange flowers.
