Brangle \Bran"gle\, n. [Prov. E. brangled confused, entangled,
   Scot. brangle to shake, menace; probably a variant of
   wrangle, confused with brawl. [root]95.> ]
   A wrangle; a squabble; a noisy contest or dispute. [R.]
